Shipping Policy

We provide FREE Standard delivery to orders over $50.00 NZD. However, do note that we do not deliver to military and restricted areas.

Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. Please provide your contact number under the address selected upon checkout in order for the courier company to contact you in case of any unforeseen circumstances.

At Moonbeam, we take pride in offering worldwide shipping to ensure that jewelry enthusiasts around the globe can enjoy our exquisite pieces. Once your package is dispatched, please expect a delivery time of approximately 7-15 days, depending on your location.

Please note that, due to factors such as postal services or unforeseen events like natural disasters, global shipments may experience occasional delays. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to bring the beauty of Moonbeam jewelry to your doorstep.

2. ORDER STATUS & TRACKING
All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 3-5 working days upon confirmation of payment, from our warehouse. This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing and dispatching of order. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received.

3. TAXES, DUTIES & TARIFFS
For all international orders, you will need to pay for all import taxes, duties and tariffs (if any) as per your country’s governing laws in order to clear customs.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

Refund policy
All of our products are hand made, so we have a 5-day broken items return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return only if your item was damaged during the delivery process.

*To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you our address and you need to mail it to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
